This is the FIRST YEAR ISSUE of the NEW STYLE CAR BANK with the FULL NASCAR INTERIOR. This CLEAR WINDOW CAR BANK was a LIMITED EDITION release by "THE CLUB" in 1998 of ONLY 1,000 UNITS. As you can see in the picture the one that you will be buying is still "NEW IN THE BOX".
